Opportunity
With NFTs continuing to grow in popularity, there was an opportunity to build a marketplace that not only supported buying and selling but also introduced staking and token utility features to increase long-term user engagement. By combining accessibility with blockchain innovation, the goal was to create a marketplace that appealed to both new and experienced users.
Approach
- Discovery: Analysed competitor platforms and identified usability gaps
- Flows & Wireframes: Defined clear journeys for minting, buying, and staking
- UI Design: Delivered a responsive, modern interface supported by a modular design system in Figma
- Collaboration: Worked closely with the developer and founder to address blockchain constraints and ensure feasibility
Outcome
The final marketplace design made complex blockchain interactions accessible and engaging, encouraging users to explore minting and staking without confusion. The project delivered a polished UI ready for launch, with user testing confirming improved clarity and flow compared to existing NFT platforms.
