CASE STUDIES

Crypto Social Hub

I worked on the design of an MVP for a blockchain-powered creator streaming platform. The product combined live streaming, tipping, and content access, enabling creators to monetise their work directly while giving audiences flexible payment options.

🔐

This project can’t be posted online until its complete! This case study will be updated as soon as it launches.

Opportunity

With the growth of creator-driven platforms, there was an opportunity to build a service that offered creators more ownership and transparency, while giving users a simple way to support and engage with their favourite creators. The focus was on creating a trusted environment with seamless onboarding, payments, and discovery.

Approach

  • User Flows: Designed intuitive journeys for account creation, KYC, tipping, and live streaming.

  • UI Design: Created responsive high-fidelity designs across desktop and mobile, optimised for both creators and audiences.

  • Monetisation UX: Simplified the process of sending tips and payments to reduce drop-off.

  • Collaboration: Worked alongside developers to align payment and compliance requirements with a smooth user experience.

  • Validation: Prototyped and tested flows to ensure clarity and reduce cognitive load in critical actions.

Outcome

The MVP delivered a clear and user-friendly experience for both creators and audiences, helping validate the concept and set a foundation for scaling the platform. By combining usability with blockchain-based payments, the platform positioned itself as a creator-first alternative to traditional streaming and fan engagement services.
